About Scattered Breadcrumbs

Breadcrumbs or a breadcrumb trail is a navigation aid used in user interfaces. It gives users a way to keep track of their locations within programs or documents. The term comes from the trail of breadcrumbs left by Hansel and Gretel in the popular fairytale.

These are my thoughts on topics related to instructional technology, education, photography, and travel. Thanks for stopping by!

About Monica D.T. Rysavy

Monica D.T. RysavyI love all things technology-related. I’m particularly passionate about instructional technology, mainly regarding methods of increasing teachers’ frequency of integrating technology into their classrooms at the K-16 levels. I also love gadgets (mobile phones in particular), cool laptops (especially Tablet PCs), and design (love Photoshop!).

I’m currently a Web Design instructor for grades 10-12 at a vocational school district in Delaware. I also teach software courses (Microsoft Office 2007) to college students as an adjunct CIS instructor at a college, and facilitate online professional development courses on technology-related topics to Delaware educators.

Thanks for stopping by. I love to chat about technology and enjoy speaking at workshops and conferences. If you’d like more specific information regarding my credentials, please write me: monica AT scatteredbreadcrumbs DOT com.
