About

I love all things technology-related. I’m particularly passionate about instructional technology, mainly regarding methods of increasing teachers’ frequency of integrating technology into their classrooms. I love photography, design, and gadgets.

For the past eight years, I served as a high school teacher in Delaware. In the beginning of my career, I taught courses related to Business Education, such as Accounting, Marketing, and Finance. For the past four years, I taught Web Design and Marketing in a very unique program – in fact it’s the only one of its kind in the state of Delaware! I love teaching and have had the best students anyone could ever hope for.

I began a new journey on August 22, 2011. I went back to school – this time as a full time graduate student. I am working towards a Ph.D. degree in Instructional Systems at Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. I have the opportunity to work with a team of technologists at Penn State to design websites, research and design course content and instructional materials, and pilot courses for teaching performance management techniques. I continue to serve as an adjunct professor at a Business College in Delaware.

Thanks for stopping by. I love to chat about technology and enjoy speaking at workshops and conferences. If you’d like more specific information regarding my credentials, please contact me by clicking the “Contact” link to the left.
